We are an online marketplace and these are the terms and conditions governing your access and use of Haipap along with its related sub-domains, sites, mobile app, services and other tools. By using the Site, you hereby accept these terms and conditions and represent that you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

All prices are subject to change without notification, and while every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the prices displayed on Haipap.Com, they are not guaranteed to be accurate. If any price is different from that displayed we will inform you before dispatching the order and you will have the option of continuing with the order or not.
We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the Site. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your pre-payment processed. If such a cancellation occurs on your prepaid order, our policies for refund will apply.

Payment Method Condition
Cash on Delivery: For orders of any amount including delivery charge is applicable for cash on delivery.
Online Payment: Applicable for any ordered amount as per company policy.
Note: For orders more than BDT 2000 amount or buy customize products, customers need to make an advance payment of 10% of the total value. For higher valued items like Computers, refrigerators, Freezers, AC, Smartphones, Washing Machines, Gold and Diamond ornaments etc. customers need to pay the delivery charge in advance to confirm the orders. The delivery charge may vary depending on the weight of the product, delivery medium (third party logistics, transport, etc.) and delivery location.
SECTION 3 – ERRORS
Occasionally there may be visible information on our website or some Services containing typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information, on our or on any related website, is inaccurate at any time without prior knowledge. 1.4 – TAXES

1.5 – RESELLING HAIPAP.COM PRODUCTS
Reselling Haipap.com products for business purposes is strictly prohibited. If any unauthorized personnel is found committing the above act, legal action may be taken against him/her. If we have a special category for your business that will be open for all and there will be no issues regarding business (Ex: SME, B2B etc.), considering both parties agree and properly understand the facts related hereafter.
1.6 – CLAIMS AGAINST INFRINGING CONTENT
We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been used in a way that gives rise to concerns of infringement, please write to us at (suggested mail – firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will make all reasonable efforts to address your concern within a reasonable amount of time. 1.7 – FRAUD ALERT
We will take legal action if we receive evidence of fraud and illegal and any type of money transaction between customer and seller. This is strictly prohibited. And, if any customer is found placing orders without any intention to take delivery (usually via COD), the customer may get a permanent ban from Haipap.Com and in extreme cases may legal steps be taken from the company. The same instruction is applicable for the people who buy and alter the delivered items with another faulty/different item in absence of any witness and after sometime claims refund or return with invalid claims.
1.8 – TERMINATION
In addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, we may, without prior notice to you, immediately terminate the Terms and Conditions or revoke any or all of your rights granted under the Terms and Conditions. Upon any termination of this Agreement, you shall immediately cease all access to and use of the Site and we shall, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, immediately revoke all passwords and account identification issued to you and deny your access to and use of this Site in whole or in part. Any termination of this agreement shall not affect the respective rights and obligations (including without limitation, payment obligations) of the parties arising before the date of termination. You furthermore agree that the Site shall not be liable to you or to any other person as a result of any such suspension or termination. If you are dissatisfied with the Site or with any terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices in operating the Site, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Site.
1.9 – OTHERS
Haipap.Com reserves the right to refuse to honor an order. This means that if an item unexpectedly goes out of stock after an order is placed or the company decides to stop selling an item, the company has recourse:
All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order, and to discontinue products without notice, even if you have already placed your order. Your placement of an order as a customer does not necessarily assure that we will accept your order. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion. In addition, before accepting your order, we may require additional information if you have not provided all the information required by us to complete your order.
The delivery might take longer than the usual timeframe/line to be followed by Haipap.Com As per the government law and policy, Haipap.Com will deliver any item that is in physical stock within 10 working days. But, Haipap.Com will do it’s best to hand over your items at its earliest.
Delivery might be delayed due to force majeure event which includes, but not limited to, political unrest, political event, national/public holidays, Covid lockdowns or movement limitations, etc
Haipap.Com retains the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion prior to dispatch and for any reason which may include, but not limited to, the product being mispriced, out of stock, expired, defective, malfunctioned, and containing incorrect information or description arising out of technical or typographical error or for any other reason.
If any order is canceled, the payment against such order shall be refunded within 72 hours to 10 working days, but it may take longer time in exceptional cases that are related with other payment gateways, government authorities or any. Provided that received cash back, bonus, apology amount, gift amount, if any, will be adjusted with the refund amount when applied.
